Delivery Information

ORDERING & DELIVERY:

Our aim is to ship all orders placed before 4PM QLD EASTERN STANDARD TIME on the same business day. Orders placed during weekends, public holidays or after 4PM will be processed on the next business day.

During sales events and promotional periods this dispatch time can vary. We will aim to provide updates where possible.

We only use AUSTRALIA EXPRESS POST to ensure you get your items as quickly as possible. Once your order has been placed you will receive a confirmation email letting you know we have received your order, as soon as your order has been packed and dispatched you will receive another email with Australia Express post tracking details attached relating to your parcel.

It is your responsibility to make sure the NAME, PHONE NUMBER, EMAIL and ADDRESS specified on your order is correct, we have provided support by having the address field pre-populate, so as you type your address you should see it come up. We will endeavour to assist as much as possible with the speed at which the product is delivered to you, please understand that beyond dispatch, delivery is the responsibility of the courier or shipping agent delivering the item(s) to you. But if you have any problems, please just contact us, and one of our friendly team members will assist you and help track down your parcel.

SHIPPING TIMES:

Expected delivery times will vary depending on your location. Most orders arrive within 1-2 business days Australia wide to all major cities and surrounding suburbs, or between 1-3 business days if you live in Western Australia, Tasmania, South Australia, Country, Regional, or any other Isolated Location. These delivery times are to be used as a guide only, and we have no control as to the speed of your delivery once your package has left our warehouse.

Your tracking details will often provide you with shipment updates and an estimated date of arrival. If your parcel has not arrived on time, it’s often awaiting PICKUP from your local post office or depot. If you have not received your products within ten business days, please contact us, and we can investigate this for you.

SHIPPING COSTS:

All orders placed on our website are subject to standard shipping costs, however we are pleased to offer FREE EXPRESS SHIPPING on orders with a total check-out value of $80 or greater.

Some orders may be excluded from the ability to receive Free Shipping.

OVERSEAS ORDERS:

At this time, memusclenutrition.com.au only delivers to addresses in Australia.
