    Orders placed before 4 PM (AEST) Monday to Friday are shipped the same business day. Orders placed on weekends, public holidays, or after 4 PM are processed on the next business day.

    • FREE Express Shipping: Orders over $80 automatically qualify for free express shipping.
    • Flat Rate Express Shipping: A flat rate of $9 applies to orders under $80.
    • Oversized and heavy Parcels: Orders over 5kg may be sent via standard post and may take longer to arrive.

    Most orders arrive within 1–3 business days, depending on your location:

    • Ensures your parcel is handed directly to you or another authorized person.
    • If no one is home, your parcel will be held at the nearest post office or collection point for secure pickup.
    • A photo ID will be required to collect your parcel.
  • Opting Out of Signature on Delivery

    What Happens When You Opt Out?
    • How to Opt Out:
      • Simply deselect the “Signature on Delivery” option when finalizing your order. The corresponding amount for this service will be deducted from your total.
    • What Happens When You Opt Out?
      • Australia Post will attempt to leave your parcel in a location they deem ‘safe’ within your premises.
      • The determination of a ‘safe’ location is at the sole discretion of Australia Post’s delivery personnel.
      • No photo ID or signature will be required for the parcel to be left at your property.
  • Important Considerations When Opting Out

    • Risk of Theft or Loss: Parcels left unattended without a signature are your responsibility.
    • No Liability: Neither Me Muscle Nutrition nor Australia Post can be held accountable for parcels that are lost, damaged, or stolen after being left in a ‘safe’ location.
    • Why We Recommend Signature on Delivery: This service ensures your parcel reaches you securely, either in person or at a verified collection point.
  • When is a parcel covered by Australia Post's Extra Cover, and when is it not?

    Extra Cover provides compensation for loss or damage of domestic parcels while they are in transit with Australia Post. If your parcel is lost or damaged before it is successfully delivered, you may be eligible for compensation up to the amount of cover purchased.
    This cover option is offered at checkout, and the cost will be calculated based on the total value of your order. Signature on delivery is mandatory when Extra Cover is selected to ensure secure delivery.
    When Extra Cover applies:
    Lost in transit – If your parcel goes missing before it is marked as "delivered" by Australia Post, Extra Cover applies.
    Damaged in transit – If your parcel arrives with visible damage or broken contents due to handling in transit, you may be eligible for compensation.
    Stolen before delivery – If your parcel is stolen while still in Australia Post’s care, you are covered.
    When Extra Cover does NOT apply:
    Marked as 'delivered' – Once a parcel is marked as delivered to the correct address, Extra Cover no longer applies, even if it is stolen afterward.
    Left unattended – If you selected "Authority to Leave" and your parcel is left in a safe place but goes missing, it is not covered.
    Delivery to the wrong address – If a parcel is misdelivered and not recovered, a claim may be eligible for review.
    Incorrect address provided by the customer – If a parcel is delivered to the incorrect address due to an error in the shipping details entered at checkout and is stolen from that location, Extra Cover does not apply.

    We provide real-time tracking so you can monitor your delivery every step of the way:
    1. After placing your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your order details.
    2. Once dispatched, you’ll receive a second email and text message with your tracking number and a link to track your parcel directly.

    If you’re unavailable at the time of delivery:

    • With Signature on Delivery: Your parcel will be held at a secure location, such as your nearest post office, for collection with valid photo ID.
    • Without Signature on Delivery: Your parcel will be left in a location deemed ‘safe’ by Australia Post’s delivery personnel.
