At Me Muscle Nutrition, we value our customers’ satisfaction and are committed to providing high-quality products. We understand that sometimes returns may be necessary, and we want to make the process as seamless as possible for you. Please review our Returns Policy below for information on the various scenarios and procedures for returns.
30-Day Returns for Change of Mind for Unopened Products (Customer’s Cost):
We offer a 30-day return policy for change of mind on unopened products, allowing you to return the product at your cost within 30 days of receiving it. We will gladly accept the return of unopened products and issue a refund for the product’s purchase price, while original shipping charges will not be refunded, and you are responsible for the return shipping costs.
Damaged Products (Our Cost, Including Shipping):
In the unfortunate event that your product arrives damaged, or you receive an incorrect item, we will take full responsibility for the return process, including shipping costs. Please follow the procedure outlined below for making a claim relating to damaged or incorrect goods.
Procedure for Claiming Damaged or Incorrect Goods:
- Contact our Customer Care Team: To initiate a claim, please contact our friendly Customer Care Team within a reasonable time after receiving your goods. You can reach us 24 hours a day via the following methods:
- Provide Necessary Information: When contacting us, be prepared to provide the following details:
- Your name and order invoice number.
- A brief description of the problem you are experiencing.
- Clear pictures of any damage or incorrect items received.
- Resolution Process: Once we receive the necessary details, our Customer Care Team will guide you through the return process. Depending on the situation, we may:
- Arrange for the return of the damaged or incorrect item (free of charge).
- Resend a brand-new item or the correct item (free of charge).
Options for Resolving Damaged or Incorrect Goods:
- Resend of Item: If you choose to have the item resent, we will dispatch the replacement as soon as we receive the damaged or incorrect items back at Me Muscle Nutrition. The process typically takes 1-3 business days for most locations within Australia.
- Refund: Alternatively, if you prefer a refund, we will refund the purchase price of the damaged or incorrect item, along with any original shipping or handling costs. The refund will be processed within 1-2 business days, depending on your bank and payment method.
- Credit: If you opt for a credit, we will issue credit for the value of the damaged or incorrect item, as well as any original shipping or handling costs. Once credit is organized, details will be sent to the email provided either on the invoice or by yourself.
We cannot issue refunds, credits, or exchanges for issues related to taste preferences or lack of results.
Customers are responsible for reviewing goods received prior to opening them. We can only accept returns for re-supply or credit if the goods are unopened and in their original condition.
When returning an item, we recommend using a shipping method that provides tracking details to ensure its safe arrival. We are not responsible for lost or damaged items during the return process.
Returns must be initiated within a reasonable time from receiving the goods, and we may not accept returns for items ordered more than 30 days ago.

receiving them, please contact us by email or telephone to arrange the return. Once we receive the unopened items, we’ll gladly provide you with an exchange, refund, or in-store credit for the product’s value, minus any incurred shipping and handling costs.
Customers are responsible for the charges associated with the return of the item/s to us.
We cannot accept returns or issue refunds for unopened items ordered more than 30 days ago or received as part of a previous exchange.
