An Australia Post pick up docket will be left in your mailbox and your package will be taken to the nearest Australia Post pick up point to your address. It can usually be picked up late the same day or next day.

Please make sure you take your Australia Post pickup docket and drivers licence or proof of ID when picking up.

If you want your package left in a safe place, please leave us a comment in the space provided at checkout where you wanted it dropped and we will make sure this is clearly stated on your delivery docket.

Me Muscle Nutrition takes no responsibility should an item or order go missing once it has been delivered to the ‘Safe place’ location.

We recommended that you provide your work address for delivery if you won’t be home during business hours.

After submitting your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your order details straight away. Dispatch will take place as soon as payment clears, this is usually within an hour after ordering, Monday to Friday AEST and providing its before 4pm, This is when you’ll receive shipment details and tracking number via email. You can track your parcel all the way to your door simply by clicking the link on the shipment details email or alternatively through Australia post (track your items) using your tracking number.

Most customers receive their supplements in 1-3 business days with Australia Express Post, providing:

• You order before 4pm Monday – Friday (AEST) – excluding public holidays.
• Your delivery address is not in a remote location.
• Your order is not over 5KG in weight or over sized
• You are home or given permission to leave at front door has been given at time of ordering.

NOTE:

Parcels going to PO Boxes, Parcel Lockers, Locked Bags, remote locations (via Australia Post) and bulky/heavy parcels going to WA/NT may take longer than normal deliveries.

• For Express Post shipping anywhere in Australia, for any size parcel under the value of $80 is a flat rate of $9.00
• For all orders over $80 for any size parcel you automatically receive free Express shipping Australia wide.
