1. Why is free express shipping not being applied When my order is over $100?

If you have used a discount code to depreciate the value below $100, the free express shipping will not be applied.

2. How Do I Apply My Discount Code?

One coupon/discount code can be used per purchase. To use a coupon, enter the code, in the allocated box on the checkout page during checkout.

3. HOW MUCH DOES DELIVERY COST TO MY ADDRESS?

Delivery anywhere in Australia, for any size order under $100 is a flat rate of $9.00. Or $14 for express, if your order totals over $100, then you automatically get free express shipping Australia wide.

4. HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE?

Most customers receive their supplements in 1-3 business days, providing. 

  • You order before 2pm Monday – Friday (AEST) – excluding public holidays.
  • Your delivery address is not in a remote location.
  • your order is not over 5KG in weight or over sized
  • You are home or given permission to leave at front door has been given at time of delivery.

NOTE

Parcels going to PO Boxes, Parcel Lockers, Locked Bags, remote locations (via Australia Post) and bulky/heavy parcels going to WA/NT may take longer than normal deliveries.

5. How do I track my order?

We will ship your order with Australia post (Australia wide) once your order has been packed you will receive tracking details 99.9% of the time this will be the same day as you order. (even if you order after 2 pm
