What if no one is home when my order is delivered?2021-10-19T15:24:30+10:00

A pick up docket will be left in your mailbox and your package will be taken to the nearest Australia Post pick up point to your address. Where you will need to show identification to claim your package.

If you want your package left in a safe place, please leave us a comment in the space provided at checkout where you wanted it dropped and we will make sure this is clearly stated on your delivery docket.


Me Muscle Nutrition takes no responsibility should an item or order go missing once it has been delivered to the ‘Safe place’ location.

We recommended that you provide your work address for delivery if you won’t be home during business hours.

Click & Collect allows you to purchase your supplements on Me Muscle Nutrition website and pick up from its Gold Coast shop located in Bundall 4217 at a time that suits you.

  1.  Simply choose the click and collect option at checkout
  2.  Leave a note in the message box provided or send email to [email protected] to tell us what time & date you wish to collect. Collection times : 7am – 7pm Monday to Saturday.
  3.  We will reply with address and phone number to text upon arrival.
  4. Simply send a text when you pull up and your order will come right to your vehicle for your convenience.

After submitting your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your order details straight away. Dispatch will take place as soon as payment clears, this is usually within an hour after ordering, Monday to Friday AEST and providing its before 4pm, This is when you’ll receive shipment details and tracking number.

Most customers receive their supplements in 2-5 business days with standard shipping, providing. 

  • You order before 4pm Monday – Friday (AEST) – excluding public holidays.
  • Your delivery address is not in a remote location.
  • your order is not over 5KG in weight or over sized
  • You are home or given permission to leave at front door has been given at time of ordering.

We suggest using our express option if you need your shipment ASAP this will take 1-2 business days depending on location and state.


Parcels going to PO Boxes, Parcel Lockers, Locked Bags, remote locations (via Australia Post) and bulky/heavy parcels going to WA/NT may take longer than normal deliveries.

For delivery anywhere in Australia, for any size parcel under the value of $80 is a flat rate of $9.00. or $14.00 for express, if your order totals over $80, then you automatically get free shipping Australia wide and if your order is over $150 its automatic free express shipping Australia wide and your choice of a free gift at checkout.
