    Yes, we do! For a personalized touch, you can choose gift packaging and add a custom message to your order. Here’s how it works:

    1. Select Your Wrapping Paper Colour: Choose from black, red, white, blue, or pink wrapping paper for a style that suits your gift.
    2. Add Your Custom Message: During checkout, let us know your preferred wrapping colour and custom message in the order notes space.
    3. Tell Us About the Invoice: If you’d prefer the invoice not be included in the package, please let us know.

    While we can’t guarantee a specific delivery date, we do offer the option to dispatch your order after a certain date.     At Me Muscle Nutrition, we prioritize the security of your package. Every order includes our ‘Signature on Delivery’ feature by default, ensuring an extra safeguard for your parcel. If no one is present during delivery, your package will be directed to the nearest post office or pickup location. Please remember to bring your photo ID, as it will be required for collection.

    Opting Out Signature on Delivery When no one is home

    If you prefer to forgo the ‘Signature on Delivery’ service, you can easily deselect this option during checkout. The corresponding amount will be deducted from your total bill.

    Please Note: Opting out of ‘Signature on Delivery’ will default your delivery to standard procedures. This means:

    1. In your absence: Australia Post personnel hold the discretion to leave the parcel at what is deemed a ‘safe’ location within your premises.
    2. The determination of a ‘safe’ spot is solely under Australia Post’s judgment.
    3. Due to these risks, ‘Signature on Delivery’ is recommended and auto selected for our customers’ benefit.

    Most customers receive their supplements in 1-3 business days with Australia Express Post, providing:

    2. Your delivery address is not in a remote location.

    4. Your order is not over 5KG in weight or oversized. Note: Orders over 5kg will be sent standard Aust post (NOT EXPRESS POST)
    5. You are home to sign for your parcel or given permission to leave in a safe place (at your own risk) has been given at time of ordering.

    NOTE:

    Parcels going (via Australia Post) to PO Boxes, Parcel Lockers, Parcel Collect, Remote Locations and bulky/heavy parcels over 5kg may take longer than normal deliveries.
