How to use - F-Bomb

Combine one scoop (15.5g) of F-Bomb with 250 to 350 milliliters of water and take it roughly 15 to 30 minutes before your exercise session.

F’N Pump’d Has 20 serves per tub, each serving is one scoop – 21g.
We recommend not consuming F-Bomb late in the afternoon as it may affect your sleep due to its high caffeine content.
