Primabolics Creatine Is unflavored so is easy to take in a glass of water it can be mixed with almost anything without affecting the flavour.
You can take Creatine pre-workout or post workout. If taking pre-workout, the best time is 30-40 min prior to working out. If taking post workout, you should consume within 30 min after you finish training, this can simply be added to your usual protein shake, your muscles will thank you it and help kick start the recovery process.
