Ingredients:
Base Layer:
- 4 crushed Weetbix
- 15g of your favorite protein powder (we recommend Primabolics Protein)
- 150ml unsweetened almond milk
Middle Layer:
- 120g YoPro yogurt (high in protein and low in fat)
- 10g of Primabolics WHEY PRO Protein
Toppings:
- 30g of peanut butter (smooth or crunchy – your choice!)
- A dash of cinnamon for extra flavour
Instructions:
- Prepare the Base: Start by crushing your Weetbix and mixing it with protein powder and almond milk. Let it sit for a minute to absorb the liquid and soften.
- Add the Layer: Top your Weetbix mixture with YoPro yogurt and an extra scoop of protein powder for a creamy, protein-rich middle layer.
- Finish with Toppings: Drizzle 30g of peanut butter over the yogurt and sprinkle with cinnamon for a delicious, finishing touch.
- Refrigerate Overnight: Cover your bowl or container and leave it in the fridge overnight. By morning, you’ll have a thick, pudding-like breakfast ready to go!
