How do I use Destiny?

Mix 1/2 - 1 scoop in a shaker with 500 mL of cold water and shake well. Always assess your caffeine tolerance. Start with 1/2 scoop and work your way up to 1 scoop.

When should I take Destiny?

We recommend taking Destiny first thing in the morning OR before midday (this serve will ensure key ingredients are working throughout the day). Destiny will also be your go to before any activity (cardio, workout etc).
